[ THE INTERESTS ]:

jewish women, spiders and insects, the dark, small spaces, poisoned water, rodents, other small-ish creatures, babies and young children [micah likes kids, but he's afraid of influencing them poorly or traumatizing them in some way.]

[ THE ULTIMATE GOAL ]: to perform at carnegie hall, even though it's kind of a dump nowadays
[ THE PREVIOUS SUCCESSES ]: Performed a full comedy set at a local bar in New York, logged a few performances with bands of friends for gigs and studio sets, plays in a NY Youth Orchestra for Christmas and Summer breaks, composed for the youth orchestra and had one of his pieces played at the last summer concert, which he got to conduct.
[ THE STRUGGLES ]: The struggles in Micah's life have been few and far between, the largest of which being the schism between his brother and his family after his brother and father fought to the blood two thanksgivings ago. While Micah adores his brother, Judah doesn't make contact with him as often as he'd like, and never comes home for holidays; it's been over a year since Micah saw him last.

[ THE OTHER SCHOOL ]: Micah came to Harriman as a Freshman, and was kind of awkward about the whole preppy vibe he got after attending years of New York Magnet schools. He fell in immediately, however, once he got to know the school and how creatively stimulating, if not highly difficult, it was.

LOOKS, LOCKS, AND LEGS

[ THE PLAYED-BY ]: Martin, Demetri.

[ THE EYES ]: Micah has wide brown eyes, which are usually kind of droopy or baggy underneath. They light up just a little bit whenever he smiles his lazy smile, and the eyelashes framing the edges are long, especially for a boy's. Hovering above, Micah's eyebrows are thick and prominent, and, as feminine as it is, he'll often pluck just to cover what shaving doesn't get done.
[ THE HAIR ]: Micah's hair is almost always worn long, to practically every female relative's dismay, and hangs in his eyes like a typical musician type. It's a dark blackish brown and he takes good care of it when he remembers to. After he showers it's usually fluffy in a jew-fro kind of way, which is why Micah usually showers at night so he can avoid this.
[ THE SMILE ]: Micah has a lazy smile typically, usually pulling back only about half of his mouth and rarely showing all of his teeth. When Micah smiles, he typically looks intoxicated in some way, and this causes for a pretty amusing photos whenever they're taken. Micah's eyebrows are often animated participants of a smile.
[ THE OTHER FACIAL STUFF ]: One word: nose. Micah has, of course, a characteristically large nose, one that he sports proudly, especially when he has to wear his glasses. He also often forgets to shave, and it's not uncommon for him to be kind of scruffy in the morning or by 5 o'clock.

[ THE BUILD ]: Micah's a skinny boy, though not totally emaciated. He's thin, for lack of a better term, and while he's not neraly as buff as he'd like to be, he's no fatty.
[ THE HEIGHT ]: 6' 3"
[ THE WEIGHT ]: 168
[ THE POSTURE ]: Micah's a sloucher, and almost always carries himself sagged over so that his full height is very rarely revealed due to this horrible carrying position. He also typically lets his pants sag and is of a generally unkempt visage.

[ THE CLOTHING ]: Katz wears a lot of worn jeans, yesterday's band name t-shirts, and sweater vests. The most important things to him are his beat-up vintage black VANS and his Bob Marley pot leaf t-shirt.
[ THE HYGIENE ]: When Micah remembers to shower, brush, and scrub, he's a very clean person. However, being the addle brained musician that he is, Micah does not always remember to shower, and will often show up ten minutes late to class in a scruffy face and yesterday's clothes.
