December COTM Nominations

Every month a Character of the Month will be nominated and elected by popular vote. The guaranteed prize for a COTM winner is their character's picture in the banner for the entire month of their "reign", as well as general lauding from their fellow roleplayers.

The rules:
1. No character or player can win two months in a row.
2. Players may vote only once from one account. Any double votes will NOT be counted.
3. Players may not nominate themselves
4. Characters nominated may NOT be characters that were created during the month in question.
5. We will all be civil. :]

The available prizes are ONE (1) of the following:
1. Temporary access to the mod room to last only for the extent of character's reign as COTM.
2. A regular three-character rule exempt character.
3. A Felicity-world celebrity character, also three-character rule exempt.
4. Ben/Rach/Ashley will mail you any personal item you request, unless they don't want to. Or a cookie. (this can be supplemental, because it's kind of a gay prize)
5. Rach will call you and sing you the song of your choice. (also supplemental)

When nominating for COTM, keep in mind the character in question's activity during the month nominating to, how vital they are to the site and sitewide plot, and the character of their, well, character! Developed characters make good COTMs. Now go ahead and nomnomnomnom!

Squiishy is amazing at showing everyone exactly who Darnell is, even while keeping history back and holding us in suspense. He's really grown as a character, fully taking advantage of the plots going on at the moment and making it all so comical, especially plotting ideas in Homecoming. I truly think that Darnell deserves COTM, for great activity, amazing, enthralling posts that really make me think about Darnell. How he thinks and all that cool stuff. I don't think Felicity wouldn't quite be the same without a character like Darnell.

Pffsh, why?: Becauseeee. ^ ^ That's why. No seriously, The way Squiishy has written Saffie just makes me smile, because she's so awesome and bouncy and she writes things really well. So... yeah.

Pffsh, why?:

Out of all the charries I've gotten to know, I've definitely gotten to know Gerard the best and I absolutely adore him. Becky is SO amazing. She doesn't give herself enough props for her amazing posts, especially for someone who's only been roleplaying for a matter of months! &She has an awesome accent- but that really didn't go into the whole nomming process. Haha. I think I really fell in love with Gerard in the "Hey Moon" thread when he chased Saffie. I was like "AWWW. <333" Anyway... to make this rather long explanation short- GeeRAWR is the definition of amazingness in a charrie- and totally deserves to be December cotm.

Pffsh, why?: For one thing, all of Shini's characters are absolutely amazing and completely different. She has three different ages, both genders, students and teachers, and it's often surprising that those three distinct personalities are all played by the same awesome person. I'm nominating Evalee in particular this month because, well, let's face it. She is the most adorable freaking character at Harriman. Shini lets Evalee's affluent background shine through the most unassuming and sweet personality and creates a character with such beautiful depth that it's hard not to want to jump right through the computer and hug her.
