[ THE PREVIOUS SUCCESSES ]: Mary Beth won a track meet when she was in seventh grade, running a mile. She's also won a couple of singing competitions and one acting; in which she presented contrasting monologues.
[ THE STRUGGLES ]: Being accepted in a new school has always been one of Mary Beth's problems, as some people are weirded out by the new girl from Africa.
[ THE OTHER SCHOOL ]: Mary Beth has had several school experiences, most of which didn't last long, due to her mother's traveling for work. She found a few that she liked and a few that she didn't, but she's always managed to somehow keep her grades up.

LOOKS, LOCKS, AND LEGS

[ THE EYES ]: Mary Beth's eyes are very small, and somewhat almond-shaped. Just a few shades of brown darker than her skin tone, they serve as her main source of emotion. She doesn't like to kill them with makeup, but she'll occasionally add a little eyeshadow or liner for fun.
[ THE HAIR ]: Mary Beth's hair is very, very ethnic. when it's down and natural, it flows in gentle waves, just to her shoulder blades. The tresses are very thick and somewhat hard to maintain, but Mary Beth always makes sure that it's looking its best. The
[ THE SMILE ]: Mary Beth's teeth pop out from her face when she smiles, being the shade of white that they are. She smiles quite a bit, if not only to show off the teeth. She had braces a few years ago, so they're pretty straight.
[ THE OTHER FACIAL STUFF ]: Mary Beth's skin is a medium chocolate colour, a few shades lighter than her eyes. her nose is a little wide, and her eyebrows are arched sharply.

[ THE BUILD ]: Mary Beth has taken several dance classes, and these in addition to her running have made her very muscular. In addition to that, she's also very thin.
[ THE HEIGHT ]: 5'7"
[ THE WEIGHT ]: one hundred and twenty pounds.
[ THE POSTURE ]: Mary Beth has always done her best to sit and stand up straight. Though occasionally she'll slump, it's become pretty uncomfortable. She is, however, a little pigeon toed (she sometimes stands with her toes pointing in.)

[ THE CLOTHING ]: Mary Beth definitely goes for pieces that will really pop against her skin tone, so she tries to stay away from blacks, browns, and other dark colours. Timeless is usually what she goes for. She has a huge collection of simple dresses, jeans, and tank tops that won't go out of style for a long time. Bright, candy colours are her personal favorites, and she usually does her makeup along to match her ensemble. As an aspiring actress, she likes to use her clothes to get noticed.
[ THE HYGIENE ]: Mary Beth is a bit of a germaphobe. She carries around a bottle of hand sanitizer and tries her hardest not to get dirty.

FAMILY: HATE TO LOVE 'EM?

[ THE PARENTS ]: Zuberi Etom Kashi; 45; African Diplomat. Mary Beth is definitely closer to her father than her mother, having spent most of her life with him.
Maggie Anne Braxton; 43; Nurse. Mary Beth has just recently gone to stay with her mother in America, as her father believed that it would better her education. She and Maggie are just getting to know each other.
