Pop! Goes The Cherry
»"Oh, WG, have you really know decency? This is kind of old news, but it looks like IC might have paid off a few people, like the true politician’s daughter that she is, to keep this little gem on the hush hush. But oh, IC, IC, don’t you know that nothing is safe from me?"

Oh, Baby, Baby!
»"Hey Harrimaners, sorry for my brief abscence, but I’ve been just too busy trying to keep track of all the gossip in this school to even be able to write about it! But this little piece of news was just TOO good for even a busy bee like me to pass up."

Casualties were numbered at as many as twenty Iraqistanis, as well as three American soldiers, and thirty of both parties wounded. A statement has not been issued by the army as to the potential terrorists, but WNB is willing to guesstimate that Tyler Durden + Sack Of Mothballs = Big Explosion"

Maine to Pass Bill for Heavy Budget Cuts; Sports, Arts Suffer
» "Maine has been following the precedent set by several other United States school boards and has been cutting funding significantly to schools, especially for fine arts programs. While this mostly affects public schools, it will also affect a small number of private and magnet schools that receive fundings, grants, and scholarships for students from the government."

GENERAL INFORMATION

[ THE FULL NAME ]: Simon James Theodore.
[ THE NICKNAMES ]: Close friends of his have a tendency of calling him Alvin, one of his least favorite nicknames, after the Chipmunks, Alvin, Simon, and Theodore.
[ THE BIRTHDAY ]: June 9th, 1993.
[ THE AGE ]: Fifteen.
[ THE GENDER ]: Male.
[ THE SEXUALITY ]: Straight.
[ THE NATIONALITY ]: American. Simon's from Westerville, Ohio.

[ THE TALENT ]: Theatre. It's his passion, love, and primary source of entertainment. He also learned to play the recorder when he was seven though, if that counts for talent. ;D
[ THE GRADE ]: Fifth Year.
[ FORM OF STUDENT ]: Fully paid. =]

PERSONAL STUFF

[ THE INTERESTS ]:
  • Pizza. Particularly Chicago deep dish.
  • Isaac and Isabelle, his best friends.
  • The stage, of course. If he's not carousing around the school, chances are Simon's in the auditorium working on one thing or another.
  • Traveling. He's been planning a post-graduation roadtrip for Isaac and himself since he was a third year.
  • Drinking. Alcohol's always been much more of Simon's thing than the other available substances. He does quite a bit of drinking, but rarely for the sake of getting drunk. He really just...enjoys alcohol.
  • Improv. Improvisational shows are one of Simon's favorite things to go out and watch. They're almost always hilarious, and the skill it takes to do it so well has him jealous to the core.
  • Stupid photographs. He has a large box of pictures of himself and his friends making stupid faces standing next to stupid things.
  • Running. While Simon hates running for anyone by himself, he starts every day with a jog around the campus.
  • Dancers. He could never do it, but boooy is it hot.
  • Secret affairs. Not necessarily affairs like affairs, but mischief has always been one of Simon's favorite things, and things that happened that REALLY shouldn't have happened tends to be right up his ally.
  • His family. Simon is well aware that he owes his academic career at Harriman's to his parents, and overall enjoys their company. Also, he has a little sister that he just loves to bother.
  • Graffiti. He's done his fair share of vandalization in his day.
  • Stupid jokes. Because sometimes thinking of stuff that's actually funny is just too much work.
  • Watching fights. The physical kind in particular just makes him giggle.
  • Writing letters. Letters are one thing that Simon writes quite well. Essays, poems, and pretty much everything else are far from in his skill level. But letters are just whatever's on your mind, which makes it easy.
  • Westerville, Ohio. He's lived there his entire life, and there's something quite charming about it.

[ THE HOBBIES ]:
  • Flirting. Oh yes, it's definitely a hobby.
  • Running. For reasons listed earlier.
  • Collecting Photographs.
  • Yo-yoing, something he likes to do when he's on his own.
  • Fixing things. He's quite mechanical.
  • Eating. Is that a hobby?
  • Isabelle. Once again, that IS a hobby, right? ;D

[ THE DISLIKES ]:
  • Smoking. Even though Isaac does it.
  • Writing. He's horrible at it.
  • Broadway. The acting's fine; he just doesn't like the singing.
  • Sappy songs. Just not his thing.
  • His own feet. Calluses aren't something attractive.
  • Scented candles. Just another pollutant, and they don't even smell that great!
  • Skipping meals. Growing boys need their nutrition, y'know.
  • The spring. Too mushy and messy.
  • The summer. Too little to do without his friends.
  • Long phone conversations. He has limited minutes, and they're to be used wisely.
  • Prudes. Party-poopers. Anything or anyone that rains on his parade.
  • Parades. He's considered too old to grab the candy, so where's the fun anymore?
  • Sushi. Something about it just seems veeery unhealthy.
  • Getting in fights. Intensity's never been his thing.
  • His creepy uncle Jerry. Speaks for itself.
  • Girly magazines. More mushy crap.

[ THE FEARS ]:
  • Tapeworms.
  • Getting sick or losing his voice.
  • Surgery.
  • Just...anything involving doctors.
  • Poverty.
  • Losing his sight.
  • Heights.

[ THE TRAITS ]:
  • Enthusiastic.
  • Mischievous.
  • Laid-back.
  • Easily amused.
  • Curious.
  • Naturally smart.
  • Physically active.
  • Sweet, when he needs to be.
  • Far from philosophical.
  • Mechanical.

[ THE ULTIMATE GOAL ]: Spending his life in Europe acting in various plays.
[ THE PREVIOUS SUCCESSES ]: He acted in a commercial when he was five. He's been in plays all of his life, and got a major role last year in the fall play.
[ THE STRUGGLES ]: His parents got a divorce when he was eight. He hasn't heard from his dad since his eleventh birthday. Now, he just calls his stepfather Dad.

[ THE OTHER SCHOOL ]: He attended a public elementary school in Ohio. While he did well and had plenty of friends, Simon really didn't like the school all that much. He usually went home right after the day and played with his neighbors instead.

LOOKS, LOCKS, AND LEGS

Theodore, Simon James Ed-westwick-photo

[ THE PLAYED-BY ]: Westwick, Ed.

[ THE EYES ]: Simon's eyes are relatively average in size, though maybe a little bit too small. They're brown in color, matching his hair. However, the brown is a bit brighter, almost with a reddish hue. His eyebrows are thick and dark as well.
[ THE HAIR ]: Simon's hair is brown as well. However, it's a bit darker than his brown eyes. He typically adds a bit of gel and messes it up a bit. Very rarely is his hair entirely combed down. It is, however, usually swept off to the side a bit.
[ THE SMILE ]: His smile matches his quirky attitude. Usually, it's about a half-smile, with his mouth closed. Instead of smiling, Simon tends to make other facial expressions, usually involving a raise of the eyebrows and a bit of a smirk.
[ THE OTHER FACIAL STUFF ]: Simon's upper lip is a little bit tall. His jaw is wide, and his neck is thick.

[ THE BUILD ]: Simon is relatively thin. He does stay quite active though (acting's quite work), so while he is thin, muscle's definitely there. He must have great metabolism though, considering how much he eats.
[ THE HEIGHT ]: Five feet, eleven inches.
[ THE WEIGHT ]: 173 lbs.
[ THE POSTURE ]: He likes to keep his feet propped up whenever possible. He has a tendency to slouch, but walks with great posture, standing up straight and taking long strides.

[ THE CLOTHING ]: Simon's favorite kind of clothing is the button down shirt. While he is quite laid back, looking good has always been important to him. He still likes to wear jeans though, and actually really dislikes trousers.
[ THE HYGIENE ]: Cleanliness is next to godliness, right? Relatively, Simon thinks so. He showers every day, but isn't into the smelly colognes and whatnot. There are better was to make yourself smell good.

FAMILY: HATE TO LOVE 'EM?

[ THE PARENTS ]: Julia Theodore, mother, elementary teacher. Greg Lampert, step-father, lawyer. The only member of his family that Simon really hates is his father, who he really doesn't even consider family anymore. He adores his mom and stepdad.
[ THE SIBLINGS ]: Jeanie Theodore, little sister, age nine. Things are still up in the air as to whether or not she'll attend Harriman's. Jeanie and Simon used to do anything but get along, but now that he's moved out, they write each other on occasion and generally enjoy each other's presence. He also has a older brother, _____ Theodore, who attends Harriman.
[ OTHER IMPORTANT RELATIONSHIPS ]: Simon's biological dad, Jerry. Simon has no idea where his dad is, and has no plans on finding out.
[ IMPORTANT ANCESTRY ]: Simon has no particularly exciting ancestry, but is 37% English and also very Welsh.

WELCOME TO HARRIMAN!

Welcome to Felicity J. Harriman School for the Arts! We're so happy to have you here at Felicity, and can't wait to start enjoying our artistic experience with you. Why don't you scurry on over and set up a plot page so we can start setting up relationships? Make sure you get a cell phone so that all your friends can contact you! After that, make sure you sign up for some classes so that you can shine at Harriman. Lastly, head on over to the first day of school picnic by the lake, for some good back-to-school celebrations, and a good excuse to postpone classes for a day!
